It taught me to have drive, commitment, and a willingness to push myself

I started ski racing when I was 8 and although I was injured at 17 at a Championship, through this ski racing journey I found my power and my strength. I won, I lost, I didn’t do my best, but I persisted.
Recently I rediscovered that inner power and athleticism and I’m ready to fight and use my strength to achieve my dreams in the world I have chosen, despite my past injuries – as with my neck and back I can and will be stronger! (And I can still ski fast! ???) Never give up. •
